A gorgeous, sunny, blue sky created the perfect day on Saturday, August 20th for CARH to host
it’s annual CARH Day at Six Flags. A total of 400 clients registered to a end this special e!ent
held at Six Flags Disco!ery Kingdom in Vallejo. Everyone enjoyed a fabulous private buffet
lunch ser!ed at the Picnic Gro!es picnic site followed by an exhilara.ng and fun filled
afternoon full of theme park attractions. There -as something for e!eryone. A number
of our thrill seeking clients enjoyed the 40 exciting rides, including the ne- SkyScreamer.
While some of our less adventurous clients -ere delighted by the -ildlife sho-s such as
Celebrate Shouka the killer -hale, or other main a rac.ons including the 3ooney Tunes
Dance Off.
All of us at CARH are delighted to host this much an.cipated annual e!ent and thanks to
the con.nued support and generosity of our local community CARH -ill be able to con.nue
to pro!ide this much needed summertime entertainment for our many clients -ith
intellectual disabili.es. Thank you all for
coming!
