Susan Dyer, a recent recruit, joined CARH’s band of Santa Sew volunteers back in October 2010. Susan, a San Leandro local, found CARH through “Volunteer Match”, the number one nationwide volunteer website that helps connect individuals with

suitable volunteer opportunities. We were thrilled that Susan chose CARH! In just a few months she put her talents to use by making the most adorable one-of-a-kind stuffed animals, pillows and other

handmade gift items just perfect for our clients.
