CARH “BINGO Day” Comes to Sacramento

Did someone say “BINGO”? Bingo, a favorite pastime for many of whom we serve in the Bay Area has proved to be the same for those we serve in Sacramento. On Sunday, May 23rd, a total of 80 players showed up at CARH’s “BINGO Day”, held at the First Baptist Church in Elk Grove. CARH’s ”BINGO Day” provides a fun social outlet, refreshments, and a chance to win some great prizes. CARH’s Bingo is unique in that everyone is guaranteed to be a winner. When a player wins, they can pick a prize of their choosing from the prize tables teeming with a variety of great items. We are pleased that our first “BINGO Day” held in Sacramento proved to be successful in bringing joy to those we serve in the area. In addition, we are thrilled to have received so much support from the Elk Grove community. We would like to extend our gratitude to all of the volunteers who made this event possible, including the church’s High School Youth Group, and Pastor, Phil Fuller, for calling BINGO. Your support is vital to our programs and services. We salute each and everyone of you for giving back to your community and supporting CARH’s mission to enrich the lives of those in need.
